New Stock buy-in fee effective Feb 1, 2010 — All stock buy-ins resulting from fails to deliver will be charged a per share rate of $.003.
New Regulatory option fee effective April 1, 2009 — All retail options will be subject to a $.006 per option contract ($0.01 minimum) Options Regulatory Fee regardless of exchange effective April 1, 2009. This fee will appear in the "regulatory fees" line of your trade confirmation. For more information, please read the Regulatory Circular set forth by the CBOE.

2 Qualified active option trader customers must maintain 35 or more option trades per quarter to maintain the active option trader rate of $1.25 per contract or $12.95 minimum. Qualified active stock trader customers must maintain 9 or more stock trades per quarter to maintain the active stock trader rate of $9.95 per trade (up to 1,000 shares and $.01 per share for 1,001 shares and above). Active trader rates are not retroactive. Customer must meet and continue meeting above requirements, and apply to receive active trader rates. Commissions on Penny Stocks will be capped at 5% of total purchase price, subject to the $9.95 minimum.
3 Commission rates depicted in the table above are quoted on a per-contract, per-side basis. The table above does not include customary NFA and exchange fees, or our $.50 futures transaction fee or $.75 futures options transaction fee. Additional fees may apply at some foreign exchanges. Commission rates are based on the previous month's activity.
4 The commission is calculated by counting the total number of contracts across all legs. The charge is $1.50 per contract, with a minimum commission of $14.95.
5 Qualified active option trader customers pay $9.95 for exercise and assignments. Standard rate is $14.95.
