No Hidden Fees

So, when we say "no hidden fees", here is what we mean:

We DO NOT charge:

• - For account use, connection or access
• - For volume or quantity of activity
• - For real-time or streaming quotes
• - For standard withdrawals or deposits
• - For postage or handling of mail in the United States
• - For any "minimum balance maintenance costs"
• - For any "no-activity maintenance costs"
• - For any checking account maintenance costs

We DO charge:

• - $15 for outgoing wire transfers within the U.S. ($30 for international wires)
• - $150 for physical stock certificates
• - $50 for full outgoing account transfers
• - $50 for IRA account termination*
• - $50 for DRS statement registration
• - $0.006 per contract for all retail options executions on any exchange (with a $0.01 minimum) for CBOE ORF Fee

We MAY pass-through, or request fees for manual, complex or risk-involved services like foreign securities custody, Rule 144 sales, special investment products, free stock transfers, COD transactions, and other institutional or non-automated services. Cashiering services such as overnight delivery, returned checks, returned ACH transactions, and stop payments may also incur fees.

Additionally, we pass on regulatory levies on the sales of equity transactions at a current rate of $12.70 charged for every $1,000,000.00 in sales. This fee is listed on your official trade confirmation if applicable.^†

* IRA account termination fee is charged for full IRA distributions and full outgoing transfers including those leaving a balance of less than $50.00. The termination fee is in addition to the outgoing transfer fee.
